Do you meet with clients in person or online?

We are 100% virtual. You will meet with your therapist virtually through an online video platform.

How much does it cost? Do you take my insurance?

Some people prefer to pay out of pocket. The cost for that will depend on the therapist you are working with, but usually ranges from $100-$150 per session. If you’d like to use your insurance, most of our therapists are in network with United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, and Tricare. Just let your therapist know that you’d like to use your insurance.

How do I get started?

Check out our team and reach out to whichever therapist you connect with. Send them an email and they will connect with you to set up a free phone consultation- this is a good chance for you to get to know each other and decide if you’re a good fit to work together. From there, they’ll direct you how to get started on your therapy journey.
